Somewhere in Waipahu, opening was supposed to be this past Friday, but i heard that they were waiting on the Turff to come in...... I cant wait!, i hate the sun and dust here in Hawaii http://www.brotherspb.com/viewtopic.php?t=6Everyone is invited to the only indoor paintball facility in the state. Get ready for the same artificial turf that the NPPL is using. This turf is nice and thick and will be the best playing surface for sliding and playing paintball. No need to worry about holes and uneven playing surfaces anymore. Field will be Supair and be changed every 2 weeks to prevent stagnation. We have a full service Proshop on site for all your needs. Also netted viewing area ABOVE the field for spectator viewing. Completely seperate indoor staging area for players and their equipment. REAL bathrooms and shower for everyone. Come in and bring your laptop as high speed wireless access is available. Open by JULY of this year. I'm kind of surprised it took this long for one to be created ... then again with the year-round good playability of outdoor fields, maybe it wasn't as critical as on the mainland.

I don't know if this is true but I'm reading that NPPL regulation size for various fields are: 5 Man = 150' x 75' 7 Man = 180' X 100' 10 man = 300' X 150' Bunkers Need To Be At Least 5' Away From Boundary Lines

Lol ... no hating here. You asked if it was big. Obviously as an indoor field it's going to probably be smaller than it might otherwise be. I'm just happy to see another field!

Its decent size, to put it in perspective a tennis court is 78 feet long and 36 feet wide.
Good for indoor
