There are at least 3 underboring projects happening and probably about a half dozen .682 or smaller barrel solutions on the market ... this probably goes in paintball talk.

Where what? There have been .682 and smaller barrels out for ages, Kaner, Lapco, J&J, Sanchez, Smart Parts (Freak) which any barrel can be bored for.

There is a CP .679 run being done, Stiffi and now the Eigen Barrel.

Not rare, and not a steal, you can't even buy the project barrels.
