Hey Noeau,
Its me Jacob and i was wondering how much it would be for u just to Cut my !5 Round Feed Tube to a 13 or 12. Let me ASAP!

Why don't you just use a tubing cutter or if you are careful enough a hacksaw?

Use tape around the tube and take your time while cutting. I would recommend using a rat tail file to clean up the inner edges when you're done. Take your time and you'll be fine.
