Questions about teams

Hi,
   I am a fairly average player that loves to play paintball and is wondering if i should join a team.  I just want to know about what teams I should join and what the provide in the way of sponsorship, tournaments, practice, tips, and just anything else i need to know.  I play mostly at bellows and have both a semi and a pump that i just got.  The semi is a Proto Slg 09 blue with a 68/4500 hpa tank and a invert halo hopper.  The pump is unknown but very accurate and has a pocket hopper with 50 rounds and the same tank.  So lemme know if you have any ideas or suggestions.....Thanks

best to just try and start your own, get some friends or some random people who want to do the same
