Most questions are about the team portion so I will start there.
3 Man Divisions are now on Sunday at Wet N Wild (Open class, OSC Pump and Mechanical)
5 Man Divisions are now on Saturday at Wheeler (Open class and OSC Pump)
You can register for the 3 man and 5 man at the APPA website or visit the Oahu Open website and click on "team registration" then just follow the instructions. Prices are on there as well and go up as time goes by.
Wet N Wild and the Oahu Open have signed a two year agreement to host the 1st and 2nd Oahu Open.
The ticket price is actually pretty amazing. The Wet N Wild days are Sept 26-27 only (sat and sun).
You get access to over 20 Wet N Wild rides and attractions.
You get access to the following paintball events with free gun, mask, rounds and air!
Dodgeball
Target Shoot
Dual Assault (2 vs 2)
Time Trials
Pro Clinics and a chance to take a picture with them and even challenge them!
All this for only $69.99 for a full day of play and Wet N Wild attractions. You can buy a two day pass for $129.99. Tickets will be available on Wet N Wilds website, the Oahu Open website and at the House of Flys in the International Marketplace in Waikiki.
*The MILSIM GAMES Pro Face Off will benefit the OLPC organization.
http://www.laptop.org This will be held Sat and Sun at Wet N Wild. Cost of this is only $20 and separate from the $69.99 price. Gear is provided at this event as well. 100% of proceeds of this event go to the OLPC organization.
*Players are also encouraged to bring ten cans of food to benefit the Hawaii Food Bank. 10 cans of food can go a long way to those in need! Please bring some cans to show you care. The Hawaii Food Bank will be on site to collect donations.
On Friday Sept 25th we will have a MILSIM GAMES day at a TBA field. This will feature a MILSIM GAMES Revolution game, Sniper School (where you get to experience the amazing First Strike rounds made by Tiberius Arms), Dual Assault and more.
On Sunday Sept 27th we will have a MILSIM GAMES Rescue Mission held at Kbay. This will feature big game rules with each side performing a rescue mission. Prizes and VIP's on hand to help make the day a great one.
On Monday Sept 28th we will have a Family Fun day at a TBA field. This is a special treat and it will be low cost and a chance to play next to pros and experience life long memories and make new friends.
Paintball X3 will be covering the entire event and will be taking pictures of everybody playing so make sure you are rocking your sponsors and look good! We want paintball in Hawaii to be something people want to come enjoy and spend money on while they are visiting Hawaii. Other media companies are coming as well. Paintball X3 has already got their tickets and are planning some special treats for players.
Paint is being provided by Draxxus. A special ball and low prices will help make the event easier to afford and as low cost as possible. We will have two grades. Mid and High. Prices to be announced. They will be low and affordable.
Greg Hastings is confirmed coming out and so is Todd Martinez and numerous other pros. If you want a private clinic with them let us know! Also legendary coach Erik Felix (who coached Dynasty, XSV, Ironmen) is confirmed as well. He is someone you have to get a clinic with or get your whole team a clinic with.
