I'm not sure exactly what the issue is by the pictures but have you tried realigning the guide plate? It seems to be a little cocked.

Yes i have actually , It helped a little but if i turned it to far one way it grinded more. But its grind less then it was. Any suggestion or help is greatly appreciated guy! Thanks
