IT was pretty epic battel bewtween david(exodus) and (hot boys)goliath too bad goliath won this time. I remember seeing a kid from exodus almost fighting with one of the hot boys it hink the exodus kid would have lost but what was really ironic was the exodus kid starts this cause he gets trained and shot in the face all day, so in tears he wants to fight and in the third games of the finals what happens the guy playing with hot boys murks.murders, destroys, rips a new one, owns, defeats, the exodus kid that calles him out in the face. That being sad if u know ur gonna lose and its pretty much certain ur gonna lose dont try and call out somone beacause they owned  you ll day cause they will train ur ass in the third game of the finals in front of everyone and laugh.

Shout out to my boy Tamashiro WOOT!WOOT!

What I remember and what everyone seen was the real kid (Travis) talking a bunch of sh*t and then got called out.  So you think that "kid" from Exodus would have lost?  I doubt that.  I think the only thing that was holding everyone back from choking him out was the fact that nobody wants to be in trouble with the military police.  I agree that they were winning all day, but they did lose a couple of games.

Whats funny is this is the first time coming on to this site and I see someone talking smack about guys that dont even know about this forum. So go back to your boys and tell them about how you talked sh*t on here and how you made them seem indestructable  Dont get me wrong, the guy are good.  Nobody likes the attitude that comes out of certain ones.  Which is why the same ones keep getting called out.

Ask anyone there not affiliated with exodus all travis did was say whats up and pound his chest when he ran down their corner guy. I saw him walk off the field going to talk the game over with his team when  mr. lando comes pointing at him him all teary eyed calling him out. so u tell me shane what kind of shit travis was talking and dont be short on specifics. Because u know what its not talking shit if they win its called the truth. If u watch any paintball video u see pros talking shit getting hyped and u know what none of them take it personal and thats what makes them pros they keep it professional they keep it on the field. Take for example xsv's whole slay the dragon thing did dynasty want to fight them they might have in their minds but they kept it professional and layed the beat down on xsv on the field. I know that tavis and lando arent professional but it is what we all strive to be but before we can become professional paintball players we have to act like them. keeping it on the field. Not wanting to tap some kid out cause u got worked all day. what does that show just that ur a short tempered player who knows that on the field he cant do anything about it. As for this attitude that comes out of these certain players that no one likes that attitude has kept them at the top of their game and makes them the best on this island. Like the saying goes nice guys finish last same goes in paintball but its not attitude that people dont like its confidence. because guys like lando lack the confidence and skill on the field so they pick fights off the field and thats why they loss they knew they were gonna lose and thats why he wanted to fight. So shane or whoever you are  you can go back to your boys and tell them anytime u guys wanna play travis and his boys let them know. i guarantee you they wont turn ur offer down.

Frankly, this thread is a bit childish, however, I think David's premise that "nice guys finish last" is worthy of discussion. I'll start off by saying that no one completely checks in their values and principles the minute they step onto the paintball field. If you're a jerk on the field, you're probably a jerk off the field. David's correct that we need to act like professional players by leaving our differences on the field, so I'm mystified why someone who is striving to be a professional would start a thread like this - in a public forum, off the paintball field. If I could name one team that truly are professionals, it would be Rapture. They're arguably one of the best pump teams in the nation, yet every one of those guys are warm, generous, honost, and always good for a laugh - on and off the field. They play because they love the sport, not because of some me-against-the-world, competitive angst. Nice guys do finish first and Rapture is proof of that.

honestly i think Hawaii's problem is that there is too much stifling of information
if people do wrong we need to know about it

i dont think Rapture is all that good
even though they got lots of talent its not being tapped correctly
ive discusses this with Gary and Joey many times

but they do have the most fun and are the best ambassadors in paintball imo
and can sing Tina Turner better than anyone on American Idol

And yet these so called "nice guys" have never gone to a major tournament and came close to placing anywhere near the top. I'd like to quote Ricky Bobby - "If you ain't first, your last"

thats not his point Shinobi, its that there nice and good representatives for paintball, nice on and off the field

while who ever shot travis after the fact, crying is probably not a good person off the field while viewing his actions on the field

and they do play major Pump tournaments, please do your research

Not to throw everyone off the subject of ranting about other teams but is this series put up on APPA?
