Using eye for a/t in MQ pump

I tried searching for this but didnt find anything.  I am either going to use a UTB or e2 board.  I know there is a way to use an eye and not a switch, but how and does it work right? Does it make the MQ cycle as you pump which would create blowback and bad efficiency?

switch it is then..   I think I saw a vid of your gun, where did you get that switch, I was going to use a microswitch and put it behind the backblock by the IVG but they are too big.

Ultimately for all the work you would have to do to use an eye, you might as well use a microswitch.
