Spent some time in the shop today.  No I did not get to work on any of my projects, these are projects I took on for others.  Hopefully they like the end results.

The first project was for a friend.  He wanted a Phantom stock class feed on an autococker.  Heres some before and after pictures.

The second project was for a friend.  He wanted me to lighten his Carter frame.  Dont ask me how much lighter it is.  I do not have a scale.

Last is a halfblock for a customer.  This was a challenge cause he sent me midblock karni parts which are different dimensions than a JCM kit as far as the bolt and hammer.  The midblock sled wasnt gonna work so i ended up making a white delrin sled

I promised you more.  So heres what I did today.  Sorry the pics are dark its late.

First up is a full body karni that a certain kbay ref wanted to pump.  so i drilled and tapped the bottom to take a mini cocker asa.   The threads are placed far enough back that if the owner wants to go back to semi, he can throw a plug in and run the front block.

Second started as a full body S5.  the owner wanted to halfblock it which is a little different cause the wire detent.  still waiting for a halfblock kit, gotta modify the sled a little.  also milled the slot on the right side of the body to match the left.  the owner also want to mill the area in front by the barrel.  milled it and kept the serial #s but i think the warranty is void, not sure.  ps i didnt drill the hole(s) on the top.

Did this last week Friday.  This is Ryan's gun.  Started as a 03 vert body I think.  I did the halfblock with a jcurt kit and a CCM hammer.  Also put the ego feedneck on.

Another 03 vert body, i think.  I did the halfblock with a jcurt kit.  Added a girp frame hole for the Angel frame.  Removed the top rail and add an ego feedneck.  Now off to drg to mq.

did this for joey from rapture. this started as a ss-25 obviously.  used a jcurt halfblock kit, thanks koa.  modified the sled so that the wire detent could stay.

HK,

the carter frame and s5 body are cherry.  thanks for the help with that.  its even better than i had thought up.   

the carter frame went from a solid chunk of aluminum to a nice windowed trigger frame. 

I haven't found the sled and kit yet.   i know we talked already.  i'll keep you posted as well.  thanks again for all the help.
