I'm trying to find out more about the cleats rule but no dice. I'd rather not play in my white running shoes if I don't have to.

Fields were NPPL sized with NPPL bunkers and nice flat ground and grass. Sliding I heard was awsome.
Bring your know staging setup and they are working on getting them.

You can't wear cleats for a while because the grass is starting to grow in and the cleats will dig out the fresh grass real easily. I guess sacrificing wearing regular tennis shoes for now will pay off in the long run so the grass will be nice and healthy later on and will last longer. i heard some crazy rumors about heat stroke....im trying to see if its true
It was a little on the warmer so you should bring some extra water. I myself got really dehydrated and had a hard time breathing, it was either the weather or i'm really really out of shape, hopefully it was the weather

no staging area.. you have to setup out of your trunk, or you can bring your own tents, chairs, and tables.

Yeah, I guess its alright, I played at Raza Park in San Diego this past December and it was really cold, not as cold as Seattle though. The paint was just a little more brittle than usual, but once you start playing and get warmed up, you get used to the coldness. bathroom? no staging area funk that! thats asking for heat stroke.
There are a couple of porta-potties at the field..

I went this weekend ... some random thoughts:
- Really nice fields on nice flat patches of ground. Certainly the nicest speedball fields on the island at this time, at least out of the major public fields. - Was rainy when I went so the ground was kind of soggy and very slippery esp since you can't wear cleats. We had to start in diagonal corners because there were puddles in front of the normal start boxes. Made the games play a little weird. - No chrono station yet, which is kind of a bummer. You can't really tune your gun up before the games so that can be difficult. - No staging area, as mentioned before. You pull up your cars on the side and stage out of them. People bring pop-up canopies and use those. Since it was overcast and kind of cold, no heat stroke worries for us, but I'm sure it could get hot at other times. - Fees are $15 field fee, $15 air on weekends, $10 and $10 on tues/thurs. The lights make it possible to play at night so they open later. 11-7 on weekends, 5-9 on tues and thurs. - Approach to the field and the parking areas are dirt road and grass, with some muddy areas. Your clean car probably will get dirty lol ... and if it's slammed too low, watch out. Some decent sized ruts developed in the road. In good weather shouldn't be a problem but I could see some cars getting stuck in some areas in worse weather. - 2 porta potties - Air station is an actual building, must remove tank from gun. The fill process is slower than the typical field fill setup, but the system can fill multiple tanks at a time (I saw up to I believe 5 being filled at once). - Most policies and procedures are very similiar if not identical to the Kaneohe field.
