DONE-Another Project Single Trigger E-Frame(Superbolt Halfd A/T Pump MQ2)

ITS FINALLY DONE
Here’s another project I’m trying to work on.  I saw some post in the Voided Warranty about a single trigger E-frame.  And some other posts about using eyes for auto trigger pump or putting it into a CCM frame.  I figure squeeze a 9V into a CCM A/T frame with a Predator Mini Morrlock throw a MQ2 in the body and you got a single trigger e frame AT pump.  I’m trying to keep looking like a mechanical trigger as much as possible.  This gun was actually my first pump build.

JCM Halfblock Sled, Bolt, Pin
WWA Premium Mini Pump Kit (Moded)
Evil Detonator Reg (I don’t like it and will it be changed)

Custom Feedneck
Transparent Red Powder Coat (Frame, Body and Tank to match)
CP Detent
MTX MQ2
Planet Eclipse E-Blade with E-2 Board

Finished the first step.  Make the 9V fit.  Came out alright.  Its a squeeze.  Gonna clean it up with a smaller cutter.  Still uses the stock Hogue grips.  Next step(s) mount board, switch, make a new sear (with adjustable trigger point).




I just finished this.


Its a "sleeper"  the only thing that gives it away is the red ano of the MQ2 in the slot.  The exterior of the frame has no extra holes or mods.  The sear and trigger are unmodified, so the whole thing can be swapped back to a mech frame.  got to do some tuning maybe a vid once i get more air

Well that and the lack of hammer 'click' when you cock it, and that short, sweet mQ "pop" ... only highly conditioned ears would hear these things

here a vid of the my UTB running the mq.  the board minus the extra wires is hooked up to the mq via the Solenoid and EP Valve power and the Solenoid and EP Valve GND.  There is no cap installed (there are caps on the side but none installed).  In the vid i set the dwell to 4 ms then fire the gun.  When i get more air ill try and chrono it.

there was a lot of air coming through the grip frame, so i wrapped teflon tape around it
then it would fire only once after i turn it on and off...now it wont fire at all


i wonder if i messed the settings up...or if the tape got into the noid and is plugging it
how do i check dwell?



OH and i tried the Chaos 04 with a cap....no difference, but since i tightened the crimps there is a small pufft when i pull the trigger at 6ms
i wonder if i need to wire the cap instead of pushing it to the battery contacts?

hey HK how did CCM make the oring groove inside the bolt? same as the oring idea you had?

they must 4 jaw it to drill the pin hole then cut the oring groove.  are all their bolt a 2 piece design with the pin in the middle to join the two pieces?

i think that oring groove is one reason why.  they make the front section and the back sections separate then put it in a jig the orientate the air hole and the pin hole 90* apart, then drill through the two and pin them together.

the bolt you want is a one piece design, right? half/mid block style. i have an idea how to make it.
