ok let me fill you in with information you dont need to know
96 WGP bodies had sheridan spec springs and a nice smooth matte body, ball detent became standard 97 Bodies switched from matte to Dust, backblock had cut shape, lighter bolt(tapers), went from knurled to hex cocking rod, bolt pull pin went from 2 ball to 4 ball retention, 98 trigger plate shape and trigger frame changed, spring adjustment was done by IVG instead of an adjuster, Springs changed from Sheridan to Nelson spec, fat sear lug, reg standard, bottom of the body rounded off, back of sight rail rounded, front sloped down. 99 trigger plates now both polished and nickel plated, threaded timing rod stock 00, increased air chamber size, bigger frontblock screw, bigger frontblock hole, shorter backblock, shorter bolt, backblock milling changed, valve changed from .25 input to .310
